LearnWorlds prices checked on learnworlds.com/pricing and its full plan comparison on October 29, 2026; the trial terms are from LearnWorlds' help center. LearnWorlds prices exclude VAT. The two platforms count students differently: LearnWorlds limits active learners each month, while Courselink limits students in total. Card processing fees apply on both platforms and go to the payment provider, not to the course platform.

Why creators switch from LearnWorlds

One job, less to set up

LearnWorlds is built for training businesses too, with a community, interactive video and SCORM. Courselink only does the course, so there is less to configure and learn.

No $5 on every sale

LearnWorlds Starter adds $5 to each paid enrollment until Pro Trainer at $99 a month. Courselink takes zero commission, forever.

No bill before you build

LearnWorlds has a 30-day trial, and unpaid trial schools are scheduled for deletion. Courselink is free to build your course, with no time limit.

When you should stay with LearnWorlds

LearnWorlds does a lot we do not. It is the better fit if:

  • You build interactive or formal training. From Pro Trainer, LearnWorlds offers interactive video and SCORM packages. Courselink has quizzes and assignments, but neither of those.
  • You want a community, a website builder or an app. Every LearnWorlds plan has a community; Pro Trainer adds funnels, email credits and an app add-on. We have none of them and are not building them soon.
  • You want your own domain or PayPal for the least money. LearnWorlds includes a custom domain from $29 a month, which costs less than the Courselink plan that includes one, and it accepts PayPal, which we do not.

How to move your course across

  1. Create your course site at yourname.course.link.

  2. Upload your videos, or paste YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive links.

  3. Publish and invite your students.

There is no automatic import from LearnWorlds, so you rebuild the course once. Replace interactive video and SCORM with plain lessons and quizzes.
