If your Razorpay payments are failing on Course.link, the most common cause is an incorrect business category and sub-category in your Razorpay account. Razorpay requires accounts selling courses to be listed under:
Category: Education
Sub-category: E-learning
If this is not set correctly, Razorpay may block or fail payments.
How to Check Your Current Razorpay Business Category?
Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard. Go to Account & Settings. Under Business Settings, click Activation Details.
Next, click View Activation Form.
Select the Business Category section.
Here, you will see your Business Category and Sub-category.
If your Razorpay account is not under Education → E-learning, and you are experiencing payment failures, creating a new Razorpay account with the correct category and sub-category usually resolves the issue.
